The Club Annual General Meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday 5th March 2024.

The AGM will be held in the clubhouse.

The AGM papers have been sent to members by email. Please contact the office if you haven’t received a copy.

The meeting has a ‘full’ agenda, If you have any queries on the accounts or any other matter which requires clarification it would be helpful if you could email your questions to the office by the end of Thursday 29th February prior to the AGM to allow a full discussion whilst keeping the meeting at a timely pace.

Please make an effort to attend: It is the annual opportunity for members to raise questions directly with the management committee.

In order to allow to reduce background noise during the AGM, the bar, squash courts and gym will close whilst the AGM is taking place. The function room doors will be open into the lounge to allow for more airflow and greater spacing of chairs.

The bar will be open to purchase drinks before the AGM starts, close at 7.30pm and then reopen at the close of the meeting. Please arrive in good time to purchase your drinks before the meeting starts. Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Finally, it would be very helpful in our preparations for the AGM if you could indicate by email whether you intend to attend the AGM.
