I left the Club’s recent AGM thinking that, while the Rules are clear on decision making at the Avenue, members do need to read across various Rules to understand the process. We can do better. This is my attempt to show the process as a decision tree. I hope it is helpful. I am very happy to receive feedback on how it might be improved.
