The Avenue AGM

Advance notice of the club’s Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 26th March 2026 at 7.30pm in the clubhouse. Attendance is open to all current members. The AGM is the annual opportunity for members to raise questions directly with the management committee.

Please note: Notice of any resolution proposed to be moved at the annual general meeting shall be given in writing to the Honorary Secretary not less than 28 days before the meeting.

If you have any queries on the accounts or any other matter which requires clarification please send your questions by email to the office by Thursday 19th March prior to the AGM to allow a full discussion at the AGM whilst keeping the meeting at a timely pace.
