AGM Details
The Club’s Annual General Meeting will take place at 7.30 p.m. on Thursday 23rd April 2026 in the clubhouse.
This year’s meeting has a full agenda. If you have any queries regarding the accounts or any other matter requiring clarification, please email your questions to the office by the end of Thursday 16th April. This will allow for a full and informed discussion at the AGM while helping us keep the meeting running efficiently.

Please note: Nominations may only be made with the assent of the nominee.
Member Participation
We encourage all members to attend. The AGM provides an important annual opportunity to raise questions directly with the Management Committee.
Facilities During the AGM
To minimise background noise and ensure the meeting can proceed without interruption:
- The bar, squash courts 2 & 3, and the gym will be closed while the AGM is in progress.
- The bar will be open before the meeting for drink purchases, will close at 7.30 p.m., and will reopen once the meeting concludes.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
