Due to a major BT Openreach fault in the local area, the club and many local residents are without access to Broadband. The issues are affecting multiple broadband suppliers not just BT.
Unfortunately, this means that the club’s Booking system is also affected, both members and office staff are unable to access the booking system. Please note: this does mean the office are unable to view any current bookings or book courts for members.
If you already have a booking for this evening please turn up as normal. For tennis bookings please report to the bar on arrival and Laura will be able to able put the lights on for you.
For squash court bookings, fobs are still working so please fob the lights on as usual, however, if you do have any issues please go to the bar and we will be able to override the lights for you.
If you are using the bar this evening, we are unable to use the fob reader for fob payments, and the card machine is working ‘intermittently’ on a mobile Wi-Fi router, so preferably please bring cash.
The office are working from home today and are picking up emails but as the club phone line is connected via the internet we have been unable to pick up any messages that have been left over the weekend or today.
Please email office@avenueltsc.co.uk if you have an urgent enquiry. (Not to book or cancel a court!)
For any enquiries related to court refunds please email the dedicated mailbox refunds@avenueltsc.co.uk
We hope to be back online as soon as possible, however, we are in the hands of BT, the estimated timeline to be back online has already moved from midnight today to tomorrow over the course of the last couple of hours, we will update members as soon as we have any further information.
Thank you!
